We are aware that Marelli Holdings Co., Ltd. will enter into a simplified rehabilitation process with the agreement of a majority of the correspondent financial institutions. We are also aware that Marelli will aim to establish and implement the rehabilitation plan within the same framework as in alternative dispute resolution discussed so far. Nissan believes that it is possible to continue stable business with Marelli and that there will be steady implementation of the rehabilitation plan for further growth. For Nissan, Marelli is an important partner and we maintain appropriate levels of collaboration.
