YOKOHAMA, Japan – Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. announces today that it has completed the investment in Kasai Kogyo Co., Ltd. (“Kasai Kogyo”) announced on May 9, and has acquired newly issued Class A preferred shares of Kasai Kogyo.
The necessary procedures for completion of the investment included approval by Kasai Kogyo’s ordinary general shareholders meeting and completion of regulatory approvals.
