YOKOHAMA, Japan - Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. today announced production, sales and export figures for July 2020.
1. Production
Nissan’s global production in July declined 18.9% from a year earlier.
- Production in Japan declined 58.9%.
- Production outside Japan declined 9.1%.
- Production in China surpassed year-earlier results by 9.4%, setting a record for the month of July.
2. Sales
Global sales in July declined 13.8% from a year earlier.
- Sales including minivehicles in Japan declined 21.5%.
- Sales outside Japan declined 12.7%.
- Sales in China surpassed year-earlier results by 11.6%, setting a record for the month of July.
3. Exports from Japan
Exports from Japan in July declined 69.8% from a year earlier.
