YOKOHAMA, Japan – Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. today announced production, sales and export figures for January 2023.
1. Production
Global production declined 25.1% from a year earlier.
- Production inside Japan surpassed year-earlier results by 5.9%.
- Production outside Japan declined 30.2% from a year earlier.
2. Sales
Global sales declined 25.8% from a year earlier.
- Sales including minivehicles in Japan surpassed year-earlier results by 25.8%.
・Sales of registered vehicles in Japan declined 5.7%.
・Minivehicle sales in Japan surpassed year-earlier results by 110.4%.
- Sales outside Japan declined 31.6% from a year earlier.
3. Exports from Japan
Exports from Japan surpassed year-earlier results by 62.3%.
