YOKOHAMA, Japan – Nissan Motor Co., Ltd.’s Nomination Committee selected candidates for the company’s board of directors at the meetings in April and May. The candidates are to be proposed for appointment at the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held in June.
In addition, the board of directors selected candidates for the position of representative executive officer, chair and vice-chair of the board of directors.
