YOKOHAMA, Japan - Today, the Compensation Committee of Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. held a meeting during which a resolution was passed to end the company’s practice of paying compensation in the form of share appreciation rights. This resolution applies to the granting of share appreciation rights as from next fiscal year, whereas share appreciation rights that have already been granted will be maintained.
